HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011

I hope everyone had a Very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year =)


We certainly did.  My friend Morgan & I had our annual cut-out-cookie marathon making over 320 cookies (that was a LOT of frosting & sprinkles).

The kids had fun helping too ....as you can see we had to have both purple & black frosting.

We spent Christmas Eve at Andy's mom's house, and let me tell you with 11 children running around, it was quite a day =)  But we had lots of fun.

AND if that wasn't enough children, we had this announcement to make:

Yepp, you read it right.  We'll be welcoming a new member of our family in August.  We're very excited....though Dominic's first words were "you're gonna get fat mom" (thanks Mr. obvious).

Gino isn't quite sure what to think.  But he loves his baby cousin & I'm sure he'll be a great big brother, along with Dominic.  

I haven't been feeling so well.  Sick 24/7 is NOT something I was looking forward to again (& remember all those cookies?  Yeah, can't eat any of them anymore).  Just trying to get through this first trimester as smoothly & quickly as possible.

The boys had so much fun opening all their Christmas gifts.  I love the looks on their faces when they see Santa has been there.   We didn't have to be anywhere that day, so we got to spend it at home amongst tons of toys & wrapping paper EVERYWHERE.

Rocky is getting HUGE.  He is now 7months old & weighs 86lbs.  He has a terrible chewing habit that is driving us insane!!!  Besides that we do enjoy having him around.

We've gotten to spend a little time out sledding, but the boys are really hoping for some more snow soon.
